Do you supply racking to Saudi Arabia and the UAE?
Yes. Send us your plan and the site location and we will quote the racking, shipping and installation support.
Do you work on projects in Côte d'Ivoire and Senegal?
Yes. We can follow the project in French, and ship the racking by sea to Abidjan or Dakar.
Which standards is the racking designed to?
EN 15512 for design, EN 15635 for safe use and inspection, and EN 16681 for seismic zones.
Does the pallet shuttle work in very hot warehouses?
The GTR shuttle is rated from -30 °C to +45 °C, so it covers cold stores and hot, non-air-conditioned buildings.
Is the warranty valid outside Portugal?
Yes. The 10-year warranty covers manufacturing and material defects wherever the racking is installed, when it is used and inspected in line with EN 15635.
