Rackit is a Portuguese manufacturer of industrial racking and storage systems. We design and produce pallet racking, drive-in racking, cantilever, mezzanine platforms and shelving, and we deliver complete intralogistics projects, from the first layout study to installation on site.
Every system is designed to the European standards for steel storage and backed by a 10-year warranty on manufacturing and material defects. We work with companies in Portugal and export to the Gulf and Africa.

A Portuguese industrial racking manufacturer
Rackit designs and manufactures storage systems for warehouses, factories, distribution centres and retail spaces. Our range covers the everyday needs of a logistics operation: Iron Fist pallet racking, drive-in racking, Séquoia cantilever for long loads, Mecano mezzanines, and Unimondial and Unizinc light and semi-heavy shelving.
For companies that need more density, our Intralogistics Division adds the GTR pallet shuttle, which moves pallets of up to 1,500 kg in depth, from -30 °C to +45 °C. One supplier is responsible for all of your storage, from the simplest shelving to an automated warehouse.
How we work
Every project follows the same steps, so you always know what comes next and who is responsible:
- Needs study: loads, pallets, handling equipment and available space.
- Layout and calculation: we draw the layout and check the loads against European standards.
- Detailed quote, with supply, transport and installation itemised.
- Manufacturing, delivery and installation by our technical team.
- Handover with load notices, operator training and after-sales follow-up.
Certified quality and a 10-year warranty
Our racking is manufactured under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified management systems, with SA 8000 and EMAS certification, CE marking to EN 1090-1, and design to EN 15512 and the seismic standard EN 16681. Every certificate is available on our certifications page.
Every racking system we supply carries a 10-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. It is a long-term commitment, made for companies that plan their warehouse ten years ahead, not two.
From Braga to Portugal, the Gulf and Africa
Our head office is in Braga, on Avenida da Liberdade, and we work with companies across Portugal. We also export to the Gulf, including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar, and to Africa, including Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Angola and Mozambique, with documentation in English, Portuguese or French.
