A complete service, from the first sketch to maintenance
Buying racking is the simple part. What decides whether a warehouse works well for years is what happens before and after: the layout, the load calculations, correct installation and inspections. That is why every Rackit project includes a technical team that follows all of those stages.
Layout design and calculation
We start from the building plan, the pallet or load type, the handling equipment and daily flows. We draw the layout, set aisle widths, beam levels and the number of positions, and check the loads against EN 15512. In seismic zones the design follows EN 16681.
Consulting and choosing the system
Selective pallet racking, drive-in, cantilever, mezzanine, light shelving or pallet shuttle: each system has its place. We help you choose the right combination for your stock, your turnover and your budget, and explain the strengths and limits of each option before you decide.
Delivery and installation
Our technical team delivers and installs the racking on site, fitting a load notice on every bay. On export projects, the racking ships in containers with assembly drawings, and we support the installation on site or remotely.
Training, inspection and warranty
We train your teams to use the racking safely and to recognise damage, as EN 15635 requires. After installation we remain available for inspections, repairs and extensions, and every system keeps its 10-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects.
